    • The goal of this lesson is to think about the benefits of moving your body and change your perspective on it, from something you have to do to something you get to do.
    • Life is 50/50 positive and negative.
    • Whenever you try to do something different, it will be hard until it’s a habit.
    • Be aware of when you might be engaged in an indulgent emotion.
    • I used to think I could lose weight by working out more. How do I adjust my thinking about this?
    • I just traveled, overindulged, and now my weight is up.
    • I’m having migraines and they are giving me more urges to binge.
