    • The focus of today’s call was all about how to navigate your thoughts and feelings through the current pandemic.
    • Some of you are allowing your fear to lead you to emotional eating.
    • Whether you are focusing on your weight loss journey or on just getting through this challenging time, either one is okay.
    • Being home more may throw your schedule off; this is a chance to get in touch with your true hunger rhythm.
    • You may be challenged at home when you go into the kitchen in between meals. Manage how often you do this.
    • I am struggling with the urge to over-exercise to compensate for how I am eating.
    • I’m finding that what I’ve learned here is helping me cope with this disaster we are all going through.
    • I’m concerned about my finances as we spend more and more time not working.
    • Manage your intake of news with the input of something positive that feels good.
    • Decide what you want to think on purpose and practice that.
    • Your lower brain will thrive on all the news that is 24/7. You have to manage what you feed your lower brain.
