    • I’m wondering about using CTFAR in the moment when I need it instead of heading to the kitchen. I can reflect on it later but want to stop the immediate eating. Or should I just be dismissing the urge?
    • I’m doing good during the week and I lose, then on the weekend I feel I deserve a reward and I gain.
    • I zone out of feelings, I just don’t feel feelings. I know I must have feelings but how do I start to recognize them?
    • Is this always going to be a struggle?
    • I’m no longer grazing and snacking all day at work but now I’m having trouble getting my work done without the eating.
