    • We looked at several ways to make sense of our thoughts and emotions and see why we do what we do.
    • Cognitive behavioral psychology helps us see the connection between our thoughts, feelings and actions.
    • Coaching helps us stand back and see our thinking without reacting or acting on our thinking.
    • Brain science let’s us see that our most used thoughts are simply lower brain ‘spam’ that we can see and delete.
    • I find it harder to stay connected to my goals on the weekends.
    • I stayed on top of lessons until 5 or 6 and then realized I was learning passively instead of truly taking actions.
    • I wonder if I am having a withdrawal reaction when I don’t give in to the urges from my lower brain.
    • I seem to be stuck in semi-recovery. How can I look at the work I’m doing so I don’t have the constant thoughts about food and eating?
    • My brain is rebelling! Could my lower brain be stronger than my higher brain?
