The Freedom Group is a guided journey, where I will share with you all the main concepts I have taught my private clients. You can stay as long as you like; there are no time limits or minimums and no contracts. You may cancel at any time.

Your journey is unique and the flexible nature of this group will allow you to make progress in a way rigid courses or coaching packages can’t.

Here are the Freedom Group membership details:

  • We will cover three topics per month - the same topics I've taught my private clients.
  • After the first three months of core topics, we dive deeper into more advanced topics. You can then graduate to Level 2 coaching! And eventually, to Level 3 and Level 4! Let’s make these new habits truly solid.
  • This membership group meets three times every month for live calls with Cookie.
  • Calls with Cookie for Level 1, where you will start, are usually on Tuesdays, at 12:00 noon Eastern, 11:00 a.m. Central, 10:00 a.m. Mountain and 9:00 a.m. Pacific.
  • There is a private forum (closed Facebook group for members only) available to you for additional support and encouragement from your fellow group members and Cookie and her team – it's a safe place where you can be there for each other in between calls. While the forum is optional, this is one of the ways we support each other and ask questions.
  • A beautiful, private membership site with helpful audios, videos, worksheets, and other resources; everything you need to get to the bottom of your eating issues.
  • All calls are recorded for you to listen to again while you drive, while you walk or while you relax. (And just in case you have to miss a live call.) These recordings will become part of your permanent library that you can go back to again and again for as long as you are a member.
  • If you are unable to make a live call, you can post your questions and Cookie will answer them on the call.
  • Confidentiality, guaranteed! All of our work on the calls will be private. It will never be made public or sold in any way. The calls are only for group members.

Hi there. I’m Cookie Rosenblum. I’m a Master Certified Weight Loss Coach, through The Life Coach School, and a Certified Life Coach through Dr. Martha Beck, who's famously known as Oprah’s Life Coach. I also have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.

My specialty is permanent weight loss. I've created really successful programs to resolve emotional eating. I work with smart women who want to figure things out so they can get off the diet merry-go-round and have all that extra energy to simply live their life and do great things.
