How to eat like a naturally slim woman.

No diets. No counting, weighing or measuring. No food is off limits. This may sound a bit scary, but I’ll show you how it’s done.

Here are the Freedom Group program details:

  • We will cover nine main topics in the first three months – the same topics I teach my private clients.
  • In the fourth month, we will dive deeper into any area you are still struggling with, and do some advanced coaching.
  • After four months, you may feel confident enough to continue on your own OR feel free to stay as long as you wish and repeat the basics as needed.
  • This group meets three times a month for live calls with Cookie, ongoing.
  • Calls with Cookie will usually be on Tuesdays, at 12:00 noon ET, 11:00 CT, 10:00 MT and 9:00 PT.
  • There will be a private forum (secret Facebook group) available to you for additional support and encouragement from your fellow group members and Cookie – it’s a safe place where you can be there for each other in between calls.
  • A beautiful private membership site with helpful audios, worksheets, homework, and other resources; everything you need to get to the bottom of your eating issues.
  • All calls are recorded for you to listen again while you drive, while you walk or while you relax. (And just in case you have to miss a live call.) These recordings will become part of your permanent library that you can go back to again and again. You get ALL call recordings, including any that took place before you joined.
  • If you are unable to make a live call, you can post your questions and I will answer them on the call.
  • Confidentiality, guaranteed! All of our work on the calls will be private. It will never be made public or sold in any way. The calls are only for group members.

Cookie RosenblumHi there. I’m Cookie Rosenblum. I’m a Master Certified Weight Loss Coach, through The Life Coach School, and a Certified Life Coach through Dr. Martha Beck, who’s famously known as Oprah’s Life Coach. I also have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.

My specialty is permanent weight loss. I’ve created really successful programs to resolve emotional eating and binge eating.
